Whenever you walk in the door a smile always greets you. The staff makes you feel at ease and before work is done Dr. Brown will explain her procedure and recommendations. If you are searching for a dentist that will keep you informed, then this is the chair you want to be in.

Thank you so much for making my day......I didn't need a root canal. (yeah) I feel very comfortable in the office. (as much as you can in a dentist office) And, the staff is very professional and friendly. I like the new assistant, Cloris? I am sorry I forgot her name. I think my problem was just sensitivity, as the Doctor suggested. Thanks Cindy. It seems to have gotten better this evening. Maybe the cleaning? Anyway, I will keep an eye on it. p.s. I always thought Dr. Cindy Brown's dad Dr. Robert Brown was the best dentist I had ever been to. I had been going to him for 18 years. Now I think he passed his wonderful knowledge and pleasant manners on to his daughter because she is great. I had another wonderful experience at her office today as she drilled and filled and saved my tooth. Connie and all the other staff are always so pleasant and knowledgable. I am so blessed by having them.

Everyone at your office was so friendly and concerned about my well being!! I really appreciate that Dr. Brown and Connie listened patiently while I voiced my concerns and explained my fears about past experiences. Dr. Brown showed me pictures of my teeth and detailed what needed to be done. She reassured me that her endodontist referral would give me an honest opinion about whether a root canal would be necessary. Thanks so much for your kindness and I look forward to seeing you on the 25th.
Having had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist in the practice for many years, I was a bit apprehensive to have a new hygienist. Marlene was great,though! Checkout process was smooth and easy, as always with Nancy taking care of things!
Visit was prompt and cleaning went fine.
