Absolutely horrible. Do not recommend. Staff is unprofessional and rude. Probably the worst dentist iv ever experienced in my life. Left practice feeling disgusted.
After they canceled my appointment several times because the dentist I wanted to see wasn’t going to be there on that particular day (on going for several months and the dentist I had already been working with) I finally arrive at my appointment to find out my dentist was no longer working there! They could have told me this on the phone that morning being as I called them to confirm my appointment, something an office staff should normally do! I travel almost an hour to get there! If you only need general dentistry procedures ( checkup, cleaning, cavity filling), this practice may provide you with what you want or need. However, if you need more extensive expertise, they will refer you to an endodontist and you will need yet another evaluation appointment before finally receiving a treatment appointment. This has happened to me twice! When you have a toothache, you would prefer to have it quickly treated. Not an option with Southern Dental. Disgusting. You can not be a family dental office and not be able to handle children. Children being afraid of something that only happens 2 times a year and is with a strange person...ia completely normal. Family dental someone in the office should be able to handle a child that is crying. Also having someone who looks like they are fresh out of college working on kids and complaining because they cant work with screaming children is not good business practice. My initial experiences were very good. Recent experience my husband had was very disappointing. A $1,200 Porcelain Crown put in ten days ago falls out? What type of adhesive was used to affix the crown. Yes they’ll put it back in, but the inconvenience of having to take the time and return for another appointment is an inconvenience.
