THIS IS A SCAM CALLER COMPANY, Called saying I had a bill for a hospital I’ve never been to, did not state their name when I answered. Not professional at all, had dogs and baby’s crying in the background and couldn’t understand some of what they were saying. Stated a random address and I said that address was incorrect so they asked for my real one bc they wanted to send the bill to me, I said no and diverted the conversation, also asked for my social security, said no again. Wrong number and address on paperwork. They are definitely scamming people. The phone number does not work and I went to the address on my paperwork and there is no agency there.

Lady was very rude from the beginning when I called back to speak to a manager she was a little nicer. I asked why they did not say an agency name when answering the phone all they said was, “hello how can I help you?” When I asked why they did not identify as an agency they got attitude. They also send me someone else’s information stabled to my husband’s bill and when made aware of that they blew it off as it was no big deal.
