Dr. Moore is absolutely fantastic. He has helped my 4 year old Rottweiler. I would HIGHLY recommend this vet. He is very understanding to both the Dog, as well as the worried Parents! His Nurses are also very good! Pleasant experience here! If I could give 10 stars, I would.
My dog Rolex was urinating blood. Took him to his regular Vet and we found out he had bladder stones that was Friday. I was then recommended to Dr. Moore and was given an appointment following Monday. My dog had his surgery that same Monday. Dr. Moore called me right after his surgery and explained how everything went. A nurse called me at nightime to give a follow up on his recovery. Dr. Moore is a compassionate doctor who really looks at the best interest for his clients!! I went for the 1st time and was very impressed how he handled my dog and situation!! Thanks for going that extra mile to make both me and my dog so comfortable!! You are a true asset to this field!!
When our pet is sick we are very sensitive to the care we want or expect. I doubt that everything can be 100% perfect every single time. We make mistakes, we misunderstand, the doctors and nurses can't explain or predict every illness at every moment.... Its the same with our own doctors, maybe even worse.
