I went in to get a vanity plate for a car I already have. I called first to find out how I can figure out how it would look on the plate. I was told if I come in, they will be able to show me. I got there, and they said they can't show me what it would look like, but that everything on my application looks good. I went home to try mocking things up myself and make a decision. I was treated very rudely at Palm Ave location. Had just come from getting my Doctor’s signature on my renewal form for handicap parking placard which I had gotten from this office a week before. Woman at window takes one look and says “it’s is a copy”. I had filled it out in black ink and informed her it was not a copy and I have no means to make one.
