I was treated very rudely at Palm Ave location. Had just come from getting my Doctor’s signature on my renewal form for handicap parking placard which I had gotten from this office a week before. Woman at window takes one look and says “it’s is a copy”. I had filled it out in black ink and informed her it was not a copy and I have no means to make one.
