I was running late to the agency with my elderly mom (she is in her mid 90s) and found Broward tag agency rep - Dorian to be so helpful. He made the process very easy and he was very patient. He absolutely made my day ! Thank you Dorian!

WORST. Service. Ever. I can hardly believe this is an independent business. It must owned and run by a fired FLdot employee. 40-50 people in line with 1 (ONE) employee working. Saw several others milling around and talking - oh, and dealers agents walk to front of the line. Numbers are changed on a screen with no announcement or even a "Bing". If you didn't jump right up they just passed you by without saying anything..... After you had been waiting over 2 hours!?! So many customers walked out today. They lost business. Sure... read more
Worst. Service. Ever. Literally deplorable. They take numbers out of order and then refuse to focus on your issue when you get to the front of the line. Matters that should take 15 minutes take +90 minutes. Employees on cell phones and standing around.
