Pedro was very nice to work with when we used him almost 2 years ago. Unfortunately, a week after we moved into our new home we discovered a rat infestation. Mainly in the attic. The attic was covered in rat feces and urine. Dead rat carcasses and of course live rats and nests. Then a month later there was significant rain and the house flooded and we found mold in the walls signifying that the flooding wasn’t a new issue.
