I began working out at BHWC after my by pass surgery in April of 2014 and can’t be more happy at the dedication of the staff. I started out with 12 weeks of personal trading with Ryan who gave me the confidence to start working out after my surgery. I now take classes in the morning alternating Spinning with Aerobic/weight/abs class and even cardio blast. All the trainers and instructors are top notch.
I was able to get in and out with a great report from my cardiologist
