I'm EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH the lack of competence of the office staff. I've been seeing Dr.Smith since 2020. My insurance changed since January. I come to my apt today only for them to tell me then don't accept my insurance. When they call 1,000,000 times asking for the same information 17,162 times. I have been trying for three months to get a refund for an overcharge from them. I've have talked to the whole department at this point. I had to three way call with my insurance provider. I'm still unable to get anyone who has a clue how to do anything. I am beyond any reasonable level of patience. I implore that you find another medical institution to receive service. This has been extremely taxing.
I’ve been trying all day and nobody will answer any phone or phone lines. This place is horrible. They care NOT!
Came in with dizziness, chest pain numbness in my legs and back, they couldn’t find a vein to put IV , finally someone put one with the help of a ultrasound, doctor left ER room never telling me my results or course of action, nurse said I was being admitted because high white cells count, could not get a doctor to tell me anything, there is no doctor in ER . DONT GO HERE! Nasty staff. Doctor is ok but everybody else is horrible. They swear and yell and they never answer the phones. NEVER. They are very rude and disrespectful. They don’t answer the phones for anybody. They don’t answer to insurance companies. They don’t answer for specialists. They don’t answer for hospitals and they definitely don’t answer for patients.
