Excellent Service and excellent communication throughout particularly with Lilly . I have used Broward for many years for maintaining appliances etc . This is the first time I’ve had to use them for a relatively big installation. Following a leak that happened when I was out of country . I had to have a new HVAC system and hot water tank installed in my condo . They helpfully liaised with my home watch person enabling the installation to go ahead without any delays or hitches . Keith, was the service tech this year. He educated me, and showed I could get a coil cleaning soon,..and instead if those pills being added to lines, that could clog,.. he used air to clean out line to the Compresor. He was the best AC tech so far !. ,/ I advise you to use Broward Factory service. T y. Keith. 👍🏻
I have been a customer for 23 years and I have never wrote a review but my recent experience with the company has been exceptional. The staff was professional on the phone and, the technician Keith that they sent to my house to fix my refrigerator was by far the most knowledgeable in this field! I was extremely impressed!
Two BFS techs (Brian and Steeven) diligently worked on my problematic AC issue. It was a stubborn issue, but that they stayed focused. They coordinated with their supervisor, John, and replaced the suspected parts failure. Good job! My contract is up for renewal in June and I will be renewing.
I highly recommend Browardfactory for your ac/heating needs. They replaced an old thermostat, even going the extra mile to make the new one look nice in the old thermostat’s place. They also found a bad part inspecting the ac unit that could have led to more expensive future repairs. Keith and Steven were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, inventive and respectful of our property. This company was reasonably priced as well. So happy to be cool again with their attentive service.
