I have taken my two daughters twice to prepare for XC Meets.. Both sessions were a success, this last session there was a bit of a mix up and both the receptionist and owner (who was away at a competition) who made sure we still received the best experience. This is definitely something we will take advantage of through High School Track season and also as we look to make the Trinidadian Carifta Team. We look forward to many more sessions at Broward Cryrotherapy...If you haven't tried it, you should bodies recover instantly.
I have done 2 sessions so far and I am happy with how I have felt after each session! The 2 who run the place were very sweet and seemed knowledgeable.
