Went to look at a house that Roni had listed just for fun on a Sunday, weren’t looking to buy at all. Found our dream home, and ended up closing on July 24 and less than a month after seeing it moving in. Fastest close in history? Maybe. This is now our 5th transaction ( 3 homes and two rental properties) with Roni and David Sterin. Their level of professionalism, knowledge and motivation are like no other. Roni and David went above and beyond when it came to the sale of our home. Where other realtors may simply list your house for sale, they guided us every step of the way, advising us how to prepare for showings and to sell. We were not in town for much of the process and Roni handled everything as both a professional and a trusted friend. My husband and I are very appreciative for all Roni and David's time and hard work. They're by far the best!
