Great place to get a mammogram
I love the staff here but it is hard to get them on the phone. I was on hold for two hours and no one answered.
Their constant delays in processing patients' referrals are unacceptable!!!!!, the front desk employees as usual. This clinic needs bilingual front desk employees who are willing to help patients, not staff who repeatedly delay referral pickups until the following week and blame coworkers who aren't even there instead of taking responsibility for their own lack of professionalism. Wow. I really wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I went here. I was seen by Dr. Jaime James. She wasn’t able to find the fetus on the ultrasound and then she informed me that since I’m a high risk pregnancy, I would need to be referred to an OBGYN who specializes in high risk pregnancies. They referred me somewhere and didn’t provide the proper referral information with the proper insurance codes.
