I’m incredibly grateful for the wonderful care and support I’ve received at BCOM Hollywood. The staff has been kind, caring, and helpful throughout my medical care, and I truly appreciate everything they have done for me. Ash at the front desk is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She makes every visit a little easier with her positive attitude and willingness to assist. Called for prescription refill for high blood pressure and diabetic types 2 and I was denied by the rep. I explained that I have an appointment coming up in a week but, I was out of medicine and she said No cause need to see the Dr. First. So if tomorrow I died l will blame it on the rep and the BCOM.

They all lack professionalism and communication. Noone ever answers the phone, the Drs say one thing, front desk says another, and then coordinators provide another update. I was told to bring my fmla papers from work to their office, an appt was scheduled via telehealth, and then I receive a call during the appt that the telehealth is not offered. I am over it and done. This is my health we are talking about and they dont see like they have wanted to help…ALL INVOLVED.
