This place is terrible. West Way Towing picked up my car from a accident ,they took it Broward Collision where I tried to get the car out of there, but they gave my wife the run around. There is something not legal going on there, between those two companies. They fixed the car, I had to take the car back three times and it was still wrong. I would never suggest this shop to my worst enemy.

I have to admit, I was very nervous when I got into an accident and had to trust my car with someone. I went to Broward Collision and not only were they polite and respectful, they drove me home when I couldnt get a rental till the next day. put lien on vehicle while car is in a lemon law lawsuit and was getting paid from it. Because of his actions, lies, and not sticking to original terms our vehicle was taken by finance company to protect their security interest and now were screwed!!! And this completely screwed up our lemon law lawsuit which was being finalized this month!!!
