Absolutely thrilled with the service that was done on my Porsche. I was told that black is one of the hardest colors to match, but it looks like it was a walk in the park for the team at Broward Collision. I was greeted the moment I walked thru the doors and Randy seemed like he went above and beyond for my satisfaction, but when I watched everyone working there it was definitely the trend that customer service was priority one. Florida has been a rough place so far for my son and I. The opportunity presented itself a few weeks ago to show my son the beach, on the way there we got into an accident and momma's car seemed have more safety features then known, which was a blessing in itself. I then contacted my insurance company who referred me to Broward Collision. Randy was so courteous, polite, and helpful. Never have I been treated so carefully. The work to fix my car came out absolutely perfect. I highly recommend and appreciate the flawless work.

Owning a fleet of vehicles trusting your body shop is huge. When I met the manager of the west location on the ball field with our kids, I felt like I could trust his shop because of the passion he spoke with. The very next week I had to reach out to him and have him fix one of my vans. Everything from there on out was on point, the estimate, the time frame, the flawless work, and the professionalism. Professionalism at its finest. I'm very picky when it comes to being professional and taking care of your customers.
