It’s alright. The lady Sabina was kind however we were overcharged for the services that reflects prices listed differently inside & outside the shop.
I’ve been here a few times and the young woman who usually does my brows always leaves them looking great. Unfortunately, this time a different person did my brows, and they came out super thin and uneven. I even had to pluck a few leftover hairs at home. The threading felt rougher than usual (and I get my brows threaded often, so I know what normal pain feels like). What really upset me was how my brows looked afterward. Only place I trust to get my brows done!
I like to support local, been coming here for years on and off but the quality of work has really gone down. One eyebrow is significantly thinner than the other and I specifically asked to keep them thick just to clean them up, they are the thinnest they’ve ever been. it sucks it’s something majorly noticeable on your face. last few times she’s also left a lot of hairs behind that i’ll have to pluck out.. super disappointed, i’ll have to find a new brow place that follows directions. it should be about what the customer wan... read more
