Went in for a clean up. Got an inexperienced person who took way too much out. Seemingly more experienced person apologized for my way too thin eyebrows and offered to comp the service. She admitted it was way too thin and told other person that "people like fuller eyebrows". I can't speak for others, but I had a full eyebrow and just wanted a clean up and it was not what I received. Hated hated hated it.
