I’ve tried this place out 4 times and have only been satisfied with my first experience. Every other time I’ve returned, my brows have looked lopsided or unfinished. The staff is nice and the place is clean, but the lack of consistency has been frustrating.
This is the second time I've come here for a lower leg wax, and I was charged an extra $15 for my toes. However, the website clearly states that a lower leg wax includes the feet and toes. During my first visit, I was not charged any extra fee. I showed the website information to the waxing lady and explained my previous experience, but I was still charged the additional amount.
