Narissa is a brow expert! Not only is she good at her craft, she spent several minutes providing education about how to maximize and care for the eyebrows. After several years of searching for someone with just the right amount of artistry and craft, I think I have found a keeper. I would definitely recommend her to any and all.

My first time here. And The first Tech was awful and I was almost in tears!!!! When the reception ask if I was happy I told her I was very disappointed since the place appeared impeccable, she offered to have Giselle fix and tint my bows!! Finally, I must say Giselle was great and I left very happy. I will definitely come back to her! I wasn't charged for the brow tint due to the first tech's poor service. The brow boutique is very clean, inviting, and classy!
1 st time there and it was fabulous! Would recommend it to anyone wanting to have their brows done. A very classy place to go to.
Horrible customer service. If you're 5 minutes late don't turn you down no courtesy call no consideration for the customer whatsoever stay away from this place as much as possible there are many other brow locations near this one
Customer service horrendous, been going for last 5 years, referred many people. Today I had an appointment for 10:15am arrived at 10:21, the receptionist tells me sorry, she took some else, you can come back at 3:30. Really? How about a phone call to let me know? How about I drove 20 mins and now you want me to come back? How about courtesy, I understand I'm late, you could have easily told me we only complete one of the two services you scheduled, NOT disregard my appointment all together.
