My first experience at Brow Baby Salon was one of the best salon experiences I've ever had! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile. Everyone is so nice and professional. Janay did an amazing job on my natural hair. I'm 3 years natural and she's very knowledgeable in this area. I love the fact that my appointment started on time and she focused solely on my hair. Usually great service. Went in for an appointment at 11 today, 12:15 came and I was still waiting to be seen. Mind you, the person in front of me (who was still sitting down the waiting area when I came in) had admitted that she called in five minutes before. I guess booking an appointment ahead of time means nothing. I would have been appeased if the stylist had at least apologized at done point during that hour and stated that she'd be with me as soon as she could. Such a calm relaxing environment and always great customer service
I cannot say enough great things about Brow baby. I have the most out of control, bushy eyebrows but Ms. Davita is amazing and does an incredible job. I cannot recommend this place enough!
Love Brow Baby! My eyebrows are a work of art thanks to Davita! She also just did an amino treatment on my hair and I'm obsessed! Would highly recommend to ANYONE in Statesboro
