I when to the brow art 23 in the mall first the work was not in the place. Then I told her what I wanted done just clean my eyebrows up my eyebrows are not even si be careful and give me a shape and ask if she could do it her was yes . She took off my whole eyebrows leave with a half moon 🌙 shaped I was so mad then she acted like she knows how to fill them in no she the rub the stuff on my skin . I pay and left because didn’t wanna make sense . Be wil not go there never and I have to wait to they grow back in.

Every time I go here they are always closed, NEVER consistent with the hours they have posted online. Very frustrating!

I love getting my eyebrows threaded and they do do a good job when you go but I can never get a hold of anybody no one's ever in the store like no one works there even though they do snap on my eyebrows they need to be way more professional learn how to answer the phones and keep appointments they're really starting to upset me too bad there is no place in Peoria that you can get your eyebrows threaded because I would so go there!

I called to make sure they were open before I drove to the mall from Pekin. I sat and waited for 10 minutes before I was told the one person working was going to take a lunch break. I have been going here for quite a while. I asked if business hours were posted because I called to make sure they were open. They just lost my business. Disappointing.
