They used the wax for legs and underarms on my face and left me so many scars. Others parlors use a hard wax. Been doing upper lip wax at crossroads and never had issues. But this location was horrible. Now i have so many visible scratches around my lip.
The lady named “Lovely” ruined my brows. She did a brow lamination and it’s now been 3 weeks and my brows ARE FALLING OUT. I took amazing care of my brows, oiled them, hydrated them, etc. She over processed them like CRAZY. And during the session itself, she left me unattended for 10+ minutes over and over again, taking on new clients while my brows were burning away. I had a spectacular experience with NAHID! I asked her for a simple eyebrow cleanup, and she exceeded all my expectations. My brows look absolutely gorgeous and perfectly shaped. She is incredibly professional, attentive to detail, and has a great eye for what looks best. It is hard to find someone you can trust with your face, but Hedna is a true artist. I walked out feeling so confident and happy with the results. If you want beautiful brows, go to Hedna! I highly recommend her service
Today I came in after work, already tired, to get my face service, facial, eyebrows, by the manager, Hojar. She did my eyebrows, unfortunately there was a strong odor that didn't smell clean, that made it difficulty for me to breathe. I do not mean to be rude, but proper handwashing with soap after using the restroom is important, hand sanitizer alone does not remove odors or germs. Because of this, I felt very disappointed.
