I had many issues with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. The issues I experienced include: late arrivals, men not in uniform, men smoking on my property, multiple breaks that were not discounted in the final total, taking social calls while on the job, and refusal to pay for damage to my property. Go elsewhere if you are looking for a company that prioritizes professionalism and customer service.
They delivered a dresser that was damaged after they said it wasn’t.
I ordered a couch on overstock.com and this is the company that was scheduled to deliver it. I called the company on the day my email said I would receive my couch and the gal told me that her guys were already on their way and that they would give me a courtesy call when they were a half an hour out. They did call me to see if I was home and told me they would be by shortly.
