After calling several different places to fix my A/C after it stopped over night, they were the only company willing to come out today and fix it. The technician was excellent and explained everything every step of the way and even earned my future business because I signed up for their maintenance plan.

The service was great! He made sure to fix the part causing the issue and then checked other stuff for potential failure. He even cleaned up some stuff that had not been cleaned up prior.

Josh (and crew) replaced a broken and jammed valve cartridge in my shower. I needed same day service and they had an opening and didn't charge me extra for "emergency service ". Honest and respectful, explained what was going on and didn't waste any time getting the job done. Using cash is cheaper, there is a service fee if you use a credit card. I will be calling them for my next plumbing requirement!
