Was going to Dr. Brotzmans office on and off from 2019 to 2025 after being referred by another Dr. In all that time, I saw Dr brotzman once, it was very hard to get an appointment with him, they always wanted me to see the PA. I kept explaining my symptoms and all I would get was an X-ray, PT and meds. I like the friendly yet professional experience I have at this clinic. My questions are always answered. Conversations are not rushed and Dr. Brotzman seems to appreciate my need to read about the topics before making final decisions.

Unfortunately I went on recommendation to Dr. Brotzman and he mangled my foot forever. In his office and in the surgery report he said he performed bunion surgery but he did not. I had to have another surgeon do it about 8 months afterwards and my foot had never healed from his surgery. The toe next to it is so deformed from his lack of knowledge of this type of surgery, that another very good surgeon could barely fix what he had performed so badly. I don't recommend Dr. Brotzman.

My sixteen year old son's knee was operated on due to a football injury. Dr. Brotzman spent a lot of time talking to us about the procedure and what to expect. My son no longer has pain in his knee and is able to continue all physical activity he had enjoyed previously. I highly recommend Dr. Brotzman and his team!

Do you have a higher star level...because in my case he deserves a lot more. Did an amazing arthroscopic surgery and took care of my problems I have been experiencing for a long time...He has been positive - knowledgeable - caring- and most importantly he gave me hope that I don't kneed a full knee replacement. For a 47 year mother of two - this is a life changing thing to hear. I am so thankful he did my surgery. I would recommend anyone to go to him if you need anything knee related.

As a professional distance runner, I am always looking for a physician who understands how to address my running related injuries. Dr. Brotzmans' knowledge of bio-mechanics in regards to distance running, as well as long term health for my lingering foot issue was impressive. He took me through the x-ray step by step, diagnosed the issue, and also different options to fix it, while keeping my running schedule in mind. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone.

With most practices you can get great medical care or great personal attention and he does both beautifully. Surgery is never fun but choosing Dr. Brotzman to do mine was the best medical decision I have ever made and I have absolutely no regrets. He went above and beyond to be sure that my results were the best possible and I couldn't trust him & his judgement more. The knee he repaired for me has now become the "good knee" and I was able to hike the Grand Canyon this summer!

Dr. Brotzman and the entire staff at Brotzman Sports Medicine are terrific! I highly recommend this extremely competent, caring, and personable physician and surgeon. I had two successful mid-foot fusion surgeries in 2015 after several years of pain management, to repair severely arthritic joints in both of my feet. I am now walking pain free! Excellent Dr., really knows his stuff.
