To be fair during my first and only scheduled appointment with Brother’s Tires & Rims I called in advance for a nail in my tire. I was met with poor communication/and/or just rushed and rude staff despite no other customers being present in the shop with a time slot i called in advanced to have available to me. I called again 5 minutes prior to arriving. I felt let down because I really needed this tire fixed on time and I did my due diligence as so. If I could give this shop 10 stars I would! I was having a car crisis on an already bad day but Sam and his crew saved me! They were quick to answer the phone, services were complete in less than 20 minutes, customer service was through the roof - they even loaded me up with cold water for the ride home! I owe it to these guys for getting me out of a real jam. I discovered the shop on a fluke but will be going back for all of my services now! Thank you again to Brother’s Tires and Rims !!!
i would give 5 stars for quick as well as customer service ,visited yesterday for flat tire replacement , got it done in 20 minutes and experience was quite good. The prices are quite reasonable . Will definitely recommend this place.
