Used to go here seasonally for tire swaps-never had issues. Couple of days back, I brought my own used tires, already mounted on rims, sitting at home for long and fully inflated. After the swap, one of my tires deflated immediately, despite being perfectly fine beforehand. The staff exaggerated problems, trash-talked refused reasonable requests, and forced me to buy an additional tire from them even though I already had four extra tires.
