We love Brothers catering because they care how everything comes out. Jimmy the event coordinator was so invested in my event. It was my 50th birthday party and we were having about 100 people to our house for a sit down dinner. DJ etc... We hired Brothers and staff to prepare and serve the food. The chef made this amazing cordon blu chicken and roasted vegetables and his chef sliced prime rib for everyone. The Salad had walnuts and crumbled gorgonzola amazing with a raspberry vinagarete.
