Back and Better than ever. I came in for a quick lunch and boy was I in for a treat. Upon entering the restaurant I instantly felt the inviting environment. The staff greeted me at the door and everyone was smiling. The newly remodeled dining area looks great. I ordered Fonda’s special and all of my food was freshly cooked and scrumptious. Had a great experience tonight came in 5 minutes before they closed and the crew treated me with open arms and got me taken care of. It is much appreciated from a guy passing thru on my way back to California. When I'm back this way I have to come back. Had a great catfish and dirty rice dinner. THANK YOU AGAIN!
I was there around 12:00 noon. It took them 45 mins to make the lemonade because it wasn't prepped. I also couldn't order RICE because it wasn't prepped either. How is that even possible? The server had so many excuses... Just horrible. For my first time in Shreveport, this was not a good look!
Food was very cold and had hair in it.....������
