Love this place and the staff
The food (that we waited 40 mins for) was great until my husband found hair in his food. The manager's like of professionalism on this issue was disgusting. She sent the server to our table to try an fix the issue, I had to send for her. Going back and forth with her on how nasty and unsanitary it is to find hair in food she then Finally realized that every person that go there isnt stupid when it comes to adequate customer service. I ate here on the recommendation of a hotel clerk. Definitely a good recommendation! I will definitely eat here again when in the Shreveport area!
The service was fantastic. The food (I had the chefs favorite) was fantastic. I was even impressed with the staff meeting they were having during my visit. Heard some real positive stuff. Also, met some good people there.
