Started out very responsive... well, one of the crew members anyway. When they first showed up to our house, the other brother looked a bit shocked to see me come out of the house. I think he expected me to look "different"... I'll leave it at that. I asked them to show up on Monday, October 14th to cut grass and shrubs. We had agreed on 2x a month maintenance but with the hurricane, I pushed it back one week. Wow! The Rick brothers are amazing. They not only have been doing my lawn service, but some large landscaping projects and I cannot to be more pleased! Super reliable, great communication, responsible and professional! Highly recommend! Great service and even better work. Thank you Rick brothers!
I was getting every other week lawn service from Brothers Rick and then, they just disappeared!! Over the last few weeks, I have sent several text messages, emails and left voicemails. No call back! Now my lawn is overgrown and I'm having to find someone else ASAP! Not good!!
