Sergio did a great job fixing our leaky pvc pipe. He is diligent and knowledge, and he went above and beyond by checking on other potential problems and offering helpful advice for a longer term solution. He took the time to make sure everything was safe and even provided materials to help with a future repair. It’s rare to find someone that thorough and generous with their time and expertise.

I had an awful experience with Brothers Heating & Cooling Inc. I hired them to repair my HVAC system, and the technician who arrived seemed inexperienced and unprepared. They took longer than expected and left without properly diagnosing the issue, which resulted in my system continuing to malfunction. When I contacted customer service to resolve the problem, I was ignored, and no follow-up was made. I had to call another company to fix the issues that Brothers Heating & Cooling failed to address. Sergio was very helpful when I had issues with my furnace. I contacted another contractor first and they were trying to charge me more than $800 plus labor to replace the circuit board. I then contacted Brothers heating and cooling and after performing various tests, Sergio was able to point out that I still have warranty and he helped me with reaching out to the manufacturer. Sergio was also able to point out other small fixes at no extra cost. I would highly recommend his services

We had an emergency with the GFCI outlets in the kitchen one morning and my boyfriend texted Sergio to see if they can come in and check out what's wrong. Sergio and his team came the same day, in between their projects, to check out the electrical outlets and breaker. They told him what needs to be replaced. Then a couple days later, Sergio and team got good quality GFCI outlets and breaker/wiring and got the job fairly quickly! Sergio takes great care of his customers.
