My AC stopped working on the 3rd of July. I didn't even try to find someone on that holiday weekend,I just did some research to see if I could fix it myself. Most probable cause was listed as the capacitor, and I did find a HVAC place close by that said they couldn't come out, but did have a capacitor they would sell me. Sergio has proven his dedication, service, and loyalty to his customers. He is the best. We had a Rheem water heater that began giving us various problems one year after installation from Sergio. He worked tirelessly to mitigate the issues, with multiple service visits and calls with the manufacturer. Eventually after many hoops jumped through, discussions, and arguments with Rheem we were able to have a warranty replacement. Sergio came to our house to work on our A.C. unit on very short notice and after-hours, after our A.C. went out. He was a lifesaver! I was shocked we were able to get someone out so fast. He fixed our A.C. / knew what the problem was, and solved it. My husband was beyond thrilled and will only call Brothers from now on. Thank you!!

Sergio and Santos came to fix our HVAC system -- 10/10 knowledge, service, and results! We purchased our house during the winter, so we realized only after the temperatures rose that our second floor was not cooling. Sergio has 50+ years of experience in this field, and he is very, very knowledgeable in HVAC systems.
