Really impressed with Sergio and how thorough and professional he was. My furnace was not heating, and instead of guessing, he walked through the system step by step and tested everything needed to diagnose it properly. He checked the inducer motor, pressure switch circuit, ignitor, board output, and cleaned out a blocked pressure port that had dust and buildup affecting the startup sequence. Happy customer here. Received a response right away when I reached out to them. Deep technical expertise. Seen and done it type of person. You can tell. Quickly diagnosed the problem correctly. More importantly, I really liked how he took the time to explain what he was doing, what I need to do in the future, and things to lookout for. Very friendly attitude. I had a heat issue this morning and when I searched for Heating companies in my area and Brothers Heating & Cooling was the first I saw. There were other companies listed but I didn’t call them. I asked my mom to look for me too because I was on my way to work and when she looked Brother’s Heating and Cooling was what she sent to me.
