We had a great experience with Brothers Heating & Cooling. Sergio Torres was efficient, professional, and very friendly throughout the service call. Our AC stopped working during a very hot day ( right in the middle of a heat advisory) and Sergio quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We really appreciated his prompt service, clear communication, and positive attitude. Thanks to him, our home was cool and comfortable again in no time. 10/10 of service I had a previous contractor come and they told me they couldn’t do it and needed higher level contractor Sergio was able to fix my ac within 30 minutes no problems! I highly recommend them for any work needed !

Sergio is outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, responsible, and genuinely caring! The AC unit at my mom's house started leaking, so I called Sergio. He sent his team out the very next morning to inspect the problem. He quickly stopped the leaks and explained that the evaporator coil was extremely old and had failed. Sergio came by the following day to thoroughly explain the issue and walk us through our options. I scheduled two maintenance appointments, and they failed to show up both times. After missing the first appointment, they apologized and explained they were delayed on another job. I understood and rescheduled. They assured me they would make the second appointment, but again they never showed up or even notified me. Unprofessional and not accountable. They wasted my time. Based on this experience, I don’t know if I could trust them to be reliable when it comes to the actual work.

My AC stopped working on the 3rd of July. I didn't even try to find someone on that holiday weekend,I just did some research to see if I could fix it myself. Most probable cause was listed as the capacitor, and I did find a HVAC place close by that said they couldn't come out, but did have a capacitor they would sell me. I went and got it, installed it, and it did not fix the problem. I called Sergio the next day. Being the 4th of July, I expected a voice mail but he picked up.
