By far the best customer service experience I had with a tile supplier. During the installation, had a small hiccup and I needed a bit of material to complete a repair. These guys came to the rescue and were incredibly helpful. It was a small thing for them, but a huge help to me and saved me from having to purchase far more material than I needed. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. I’ll definitely be coming here first for any future tile projects. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience working with Marius at Brothers Flooring. When I was selecting a new LVP floor, he took the time to explain the differences between manufacturers, discuss the pros and cons of various products, and provided honest recommendations based on my needs. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with throughout the process. We have purchased vinyl plank flooring and carpet from Brother's Floor Covering. Marius was very helpful to us in making our choices. The entire process went very well. Marius is a very kind and patient man. I continue to use the Fuz floor cleaner he recommended for the vinyl plank flooring. Every time I have been in the store to purchase the cleaner he treats me like a friend that has come to visit. I recommend Brother's for all your flooring needs.
