I normally do not give bad experience reviews but I've read that if we want change we need to make noise. So here I am doing that, I am disappointed that all these good reviews about this practice are false. Not only having dental background and in customer service these people have a facade about how they care about their patients . When truly it's the opposite. My kids and I have been going to Brothers Dental since it used to be Crabtree. They continued the great service, caring staff and all around good experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr Allen and his whole team there at Brothers dental are amazing! I have severe anxiety with anything dental. Everyone there helps me stay calm, make sure im not feeling any pain. And in those emergency situations Liz is quick to get you on the books! And Taylor is super sweet and always has a smile! Thank you brothers dental for taking care of my family and I!
