Called to try and get an appointment and I was greeted with Hello. Umm is this The barber shop? Oh uhh yea. Um ok can I make an appointment? Uhh and begins talking to someone in the shop while still on the phone with me. So AFTER they finished their conversation that could have waited,he begin to tell me I need to download an app to book online No thanks. Too much rigamarole just for a haircut, not to mention how unprofessional this kid was on the phone. Dodged a bullet by not coming here. Do better.
I’ve been going to brothers for about a year or more now, Camryn has been my barber everytime, he’s a great barber and has great customer service. I left the barbershop the other day after he asked me if the length of my hair was good for me and I said yes but a few hours later I decided I actually wanted it shorter. I called Camryn and he told me I could come in the next day at anytime and he’d shorten it free of charge. I went in on a Saturday morning and he fit me in, got me in and out in about 5-10 minutes and apologized... read more
