I've never received a haircut here but I came here with my husband to get his . My husband is very special with his haircut and I can tell Luis pays attention to detail with the way he cuts hair. 100%recommend him. My husband is always satisfied. He even got a free head message at the end 😂😁

Worst possible customer service! After waiting 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment they offered a very nonchalant ‘sorry’ and to wait for another barber who still had a customer in his chair. Don’t think it good business to keep a repeat customer waiting without offering anything better than an option to keep waiting. I feel it is good business to try and make it right for the customer, but they missed this opportunity.
