I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service at Brothers HVAC. This being Texas, you have plenty of options for AC repair, but believe me, they are not all the same in this area. Nothing beats being able to actually talk to a person, not an AI bot (!), not a call bank dispatcher who schedules someone to text you (automated), but an actual human being who will talk through your problem with you intelligently. My air conditioning unit broke down late at night. I was able to get a morning appointment the very next day. Kevin was very polite and professional. He explained what the problem was and got us up and running in no time. I will definitely use Brother’s again in the future. The Customer Service was top notch. I found the repair cost to be very reasonably priced.

Called Brothers on a Saturday afternoon, and a tech came out Monday morning! Tech was Kevin...who called on my home residence a couple times 4-5 years ago, and a business I worked at 7-8 years ago!!! He quickly recognized me and it was great to see Kevin. Kevin is very personable, down to earth, knows his stuff, and will eagerly inform you of what has happened, why, and what it will take to fix.
