Have nothing but good things to say about Brother Bill's...my dog chewed through our thermostat wire and broke our AC....also our heat went out while it was still cold...I called Brother Bill...explained what happened and he gave me the advice to go get a new fuse from AutoZone for a $3 fix! These guys make every service request seem like a family get together. There's no one else I would ever call unless they told me to lol.
Very reasonable price and excellent on getting the task done!
This company is AMAZING! Quick to respond and very willing to help. I called on a Saturday and they were out Monday morning to service our unit. Will not charge an arm and a leg unlike other HVAC companies. Definitely recommend and will use again!
AC freezing up Came out after Church Sunday and fixed it. HONEST & Highly Recommend
they are down the home kind of people- I love theses guy - they did a great job for me - I have had trouble with my A/C Unit for a very long time - I went thru about 8 company to fix mine and Brother Bill found out what it was and they fixed it - I had a leak in the unit and all the company were blaming each other saying each company wasn't doing the job right - so Brother Bill is the people to call - I know I will Again !!
I highly recommend Brother Bill’s! They are very responsive, hardworking and HONEST!
