Mary was very sweet, but when I got my waxing done, I had to point out every visible patch of hair, as she seemed uninterested in doing a thorough job. The price was also quite high.

Mary, the owner did my nails. She did them horrible. She cut my cuticles and they were bleeding and she didn’t do anything about. It didn’t even put any antibacterial stuff on my cuticles just went on like nothing even happened and I don’t think they sanitize their tools so this is pretty scary stuff. I’m going to contact the health department and have them reported. I wouldn’t give any stars if it would let me post, but I had to give one in order to post

Bleeding cuticles, terrible nail polish application, jagged nails…..I watched my technician yell at her husband(owners I think). Frightening experience.

Got me right in. Nice decor. Friendly enough. The new set: she flung each finger away every time she glued a tip on. Messy, gloppy layers of powder. Hardened gel on other parts of my fingers. Poor cleanup with file around the side edges of the nails and left them ridged and choppy. Hardened gel all the way up onto my cuticles on a few. I guess these will be lifting within the next couple of days. Worst nail tip job I’ve ever had. Surprised she didn’t take the opportunity to gain a new regular customer by doing a nice job.
