Unfortunately I have nothing but bad experiences here. I understand with this pandemic going on but how do you deny to see my son that is on the spectrum to take care of a toothache he was only in there for 5 mins and brought him back out and second time around staff try to debate with me that I didn’t call when I was literally calling in front of their faces.

We called many dentists in the area regarding the decision to remove a neonatal tooth in our 5 day old baby. We did not feel comfortable with the answers we were receiving and the experience of the dentist until we spoke with the staff at Broomall. Dr Moscow insisted he see us same day and performed the procedure with no problems. He also walked through any potential issues that may occur in our child’s future. We are very happy with the overall experience.

My daughter has been going there since she was almost 2 and we are always treated with kindness, gentleness and respect. �
my son had to get two teeth pulled and they promised him to b put to sleep when we were there on Monday! today we go back and they did not put him to sleep just some laughing gas, which they let me go back and he had tears rolling down while be given laughing gas? I will be finding a new dentist, the doc told me to let them do their jobs and for me to basically get out of comforting my son.
