I currently moved in to my place on March 1 2019 and I love my apartment here at Brookwood villas apartment homes coming from LA the staff is great as well but I must say Jose Vargas goes out his way to make sure you get the best apartment I wouldn't change anything

I am currently looking for a New place to lease and I just decided to reside here! It’s so exhausting looking for a new place and I just fell in love with this location. Office personnel and management were so helpful and professional. I can’t wait to finally unpacked and settled in, in my new beautiful place. Love the new modern look with the nice new custom wood flooring looks so clean !

I lived here for the last 3 years and I absolutely love my place. The staff here is attentive and respond genuinely to any of my concerns in a timely manner. The girls in the office are so festive and very helpful! 10 stars! ���
Over priced, out of control and no appreciation of people who work hard for peace and quiet.... Want dogs running loose shitting everywhere, occasional domestic violence and car club taking over the parking lot where you can't find a parking space for about $2K a month you can have it!
