Ms. Blanca is the BEST she will work with you in every way... Just be honest with her and she will keep it real with you.... GREAT customer service... I definitely recommend going to see her... Oh yeah the apartments are extremely clean and she will make you feel very comfortable and welcome... Great community!!!

I called to ask if they had any available rentals, they said they have a couple and I would need to submit an application for anyone over the age of 18. My girlfriend and I both submitted an application, then called again a couple days later and they said there were no available rentals, so we tried disputing the charges for the application fee, which didn’t work because Brookewood said it was a valid charge. Just wish we weren’t lied to when they said they have apartments for rent, when they don’t then they ghost you after ... read more
