I applied to this complex back at the end of May. I received a denial initially which I thought was odd and was advised by management to submit a dispute. I requested the screening report as advised and did indeed find errors. I immediately submitted the dispute on 6/2 and received the results on 6/10. The results stated that the inaccurate information was corrected and also stated that the status had changed from Deny to "Accept (Standard Deposit)". I of course was elated. It is a great neighborhood/ great school district and the apartments are big for the price. That being said, don’t expect maintenance to do anything without harassing them. When they finally do come you get duck tape and caulking. Everything they do is cheap, and half done. Carpet is thrown down on top of a busted up wood floor (and you can feel where there are missing pieces of wood) My kitchen cabinets are old and disgusting nicotine stained pinkish color that I was told would be replaced when we moved in... over 4 years a... read more
