These clowns make dubious charges ($250 cleaning fee, which is fine even though we hired professional cleaners) ($750 on made up dates) on our move-out fees. I asked the front desk about the invalid dates and she said she will take care of that bogus charges. 5 months later I got a call from collector threatening low income people, aka my parents, about how my parents can never rent again. I highly recommend Brookwood Terrace Apartments as this is a great community and led by a dedicated and hands-on management and maintenance team. I love the location as it is close to downtown SJ. I greatly appreciate all of the support that they provide to both residents and vendors alike. Five stars!!!

Ever since the virus came into our world the apts became a target for the homeless. They come into the building and steal people's packages they order, the homeless people take the package to the stairwells and they leave the empty boxes with no names. That's really sad!
