4-year resident here. Brookwood Terrace is a great place to live. Ive never had an issue that wasnt solved in a timely manner and very cheerfully. The office staff is efficient and polite. The maintenance guys can only be described as "terrific!!!!!!" Always fast, efficient, knowledgeable, clean and courteous. Great place to live!Note: These are older buildings, well maintained, too...but (the only downside) the plumbing is older and the drains are VERY slow.
My husband and I love it here! Its quiet, affordable, and the property manager and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. The fitness center and pools are nice, too.
Love it hear! Great neighboorhood! Everyone is friendly, Very large townhomes! Erika the property manager is amazing!! And the maintance guys are awesome! Wouldnt want to live anywhere else
