Definitely would recommend anyone needing a root canal to come here! Bailey was wonderful at making sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. The entire staff made the experience 1000x better than I imagined it would be!
I was recommended to them with, “you may have an abscess” I went because I had been there in the past, great staff and physicians, it was last minute, but they did not make me feel rushed. It turned out I need more work done, they quickly made all the arrangements, smooth as silk; yes, they give 5 star treatment throughout the complex.
Had a root canal yesterday. Everyone is super nice. I always have a great experience with Dr. Collier and Tiffaney was super nice. They truly make sure you aren’t having pain.
For root canal with no pain go here! Customer service is top standard and there are skilled professionals to hold your hand all of the way! Dr. Collier and Lauren Turned my Nervous sad frown to a smile again! While waiting in the lobby I was crying like a baby from anxiety and fear of having to do a root canal dental procedure. I was terrified at the thought of having to have a root canal and have pretty severe dental anxiety. The staff and Dr Collier took amazing care of me and made the experience a great one! They made sure I was comfortable and at ease through the whole visit, explained everything in detail and prepared me for what to expect post procedure. I was in and out in about an hour!! I had a great experience getting 2 root canals today from Dr. Thomas. Kristen was so nice and put my nerves at ease! So far no pain! Definitely would use Brookwood Endodontics again!
