RecommendedI saw Dr. Thomas for a root canal retreatment. I felt better right away and would definitely recommend him and go back, if needed. Great experience for a terrible issue.
Had a root canal done, the staff was great, the ladies at the front desk were sweet, the 2 nurses or hygienist (not sure what their title was) Melissa and Shelby made everything comfortable and calming. I was offered water and blanket which was really nice! Dr. Kaple was very friendly and professional. The facility was clean and beautiful. My wait time in the lobby was a little longer then I thought it would be. But I was over all happy with the Experience!!!
Dr wikle and his staff we're awesome!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience ! From front desk to leaving the office excellent service!
I would recommend Dr Kaple to anyone. He is excellent and I have always had a great experience with him. His staff is excellent also.
The staff and my Dr were absolutely amazing couldn’t have asked for better care they were all very nice and accommodating highly recommend them to anyone thanks everyone Abby and Bailey were awesome!!!!
Best experience for having a root canal. I do not like going to dentist have severe anxiety but Dr Thomas and staff puts you at ease. Only place I would recommend it’s just too bad they don’t provide other services such as dental, periodontics etc
You know the saying "I'd rather have a root canal" when speaking of something negative you don't want to do? You will never use that expression again after your experience at Brookwood Endodontics! The staff is so friendly and make very sure you are as comfortable as possible throughout your visit, from the waiting area, through the procedure, all the way to your call the next day to make sure you're doing well. Always professional, efficient, and extremely kind to those of us who are less-than-thrilled to be at the dentist. Thank you for going above and beyond to make us scaredy cats comfortable and taking such good care of us. And for keeping safety a #1 priority during COVID! I really appreciate you all!
Very nice staff and the doctor and his assistant were so helpful and nice in every way! Definitely would use them again if I have a need for there specialty!
