One of the best experiences I have ever had with a dermatologist. Dr. Herzog is great about letting you know what products you need. You may go in thinking you want something and she goes above and beyond to tell you about the product she thinks would be better. I wouldn't use anyone else. Can't imagine anyone have an issue with them. Always very friendly and professional. The staff has always treated me with respect and kindness.
Not a good experience at all. I have never been to a doctors office where they forget about you. Sitting in the lobby clearly visible clearly having signed in and they didn't call my name. Once I asked them lightheartedly "did you forget me" they responded "yes we did." No apologies. Then they give me a stack of paperwork to fill out and as I'm filling that out they ask me about co-pays and tell me they don't bill even though I have a health savings account.
