Dr. Fleming is very thorough with great bedside manners being very attentive to myself and my fathers needs and concerns.
Beware!!! Ask questions!!! Do NOT trust this location!!! A quick visit to update prescriptions cost $1000. No up front approvals given, no mention of the multiple unrelated labs she requested, just spent 10 minutes with staff and the bills keep coming. This has made $20 in medications unobtainable. Now I understand why health insurance providers raising rates like they are.
This is an AMAZING place to go! The staff is always friendly and ready to help! I really love my sweet primary physician Kelli Kirby! Kelli is an AMAING person and an even better doctor! She’s very attentive and will do any and everything to make you comfortable and also get the care you need! 10/10!
I went to see nurse practitioner Kelli 2 weeks ago ask for a mammogram referral and I was told someone will contact me . Fast forward to today I called ( message ) and I was told to find somewhere that accepts my insurance . Coming from Las Vegas to Alabama this is very bad communication most facilities will give you a referral ( paperwork ) to take to a imaging facility that does mammograms. Very unprofessional to have me wait two weeks for nothing . So last night I inbox Kelli and ask for a referral to get testing for mold... read more
