This is an AMAZING place to go! The staff is always friendly and ready to help! I really love my sweet primary physician Kelli Kirby! Kelli is an AMAING person and an even better doctor! She’s very attentive and will do any and everything to make you comfortable and also get the care you need! 10/10!
I went to see nurse practitioner Kelli 2 weeks ago ask for a mammogram referral and I was told someone will contact me . Fast forward to today I called ( message ) and I was told to find somewhere that accepts my insurance . Coming from Las Vegas to Alabama this is very bad communication most facilities will give you a referral ( paperwork ) to take to a imaging facility that does mammograms. Very unprofessional to have me wait two weeks for nothing . So last night I inbox Kelli and ask for a referral to get testing for mold... read more
Since Dr. Morgan left, this facility has steadily went downhill. And after today's experience I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! You can't get an appointment, unless it's a week out minimum, and if you get one the only "doctor" you'll be seeing is a Nurse practitioner. Their nurses refused me, even after taking my copay and NOT refunding me, because I refused to wear a face mask. Like I'm required to wear one, showing NO symptoms, and they aren't wearing a mask themselves. Guess I should've looked at the 3 star revie... read more
