Been here for about a month and a half, just a warning bc i didnt see any recent reviews mentioning it, there are ROACHES here, at least in building 2, not something to be taken lightly if you expect to live in a pest free home, if i go into my kicthen or living room at night, i see dozens, babies and adults. During the day i also have sighting which is not a good sign. I did NOT have them prior to moving in, and it was clear that this has been an issue for sometime. I love Brookwood Apartments! Hope is awesome! She got me approved quickly to move in despite not having the greatest credit. Shes always friendly and has worked with me when I had to be a bit late on the rent a couple times due to emergencies. Its a wonderful peaceful community! Friendly neighbors and its quiet. Very pet friendly even with big dogs! The maintenance is great and always on top of things. Valet trash is awesome! I love my new home.
My little family and I absolutely love brookwood, Hope is wonderful and always so so sweet, she’s super easy to talk to and always makes sure that we are happy. Mike is awesome, he’s also super easy to talk to and so funny, my husband and I absolutely love him. Any issues we have Hope and Mike are on it super fast. My dogs enjoy going on walks to the dog park and just around the complex. Definitely recommend Brookwood to anyone!!
It’s a wonderful place to call home. We lived in Brookwood for many years. We love it. Wonderful management and neighbors.
