Revised review. I had a fair review before but I have to lower it down to a 1-star because of maintenance issues. Last summer I had a problem with the air conditioning not working after 3 hours of use. I reported the issue but they never came to fix it. After waiting two months and going into fall I told them to forget it. With the latest issue I returned from a weekend vacation to find large water stains in the ceiling of my apartment.
